VOLY 50 Series Launch

 

This is probably the largest project that was undertaken during my time at Volansi. Volansi being a small, mainly R&D heavy start up company meant the marketing department was small, meaning 2 people, myself and the VP of Marketing. For the VOLY 50 launch we put together a series of posts and stories as well as finding aviation and defense publications to write articles.

The biggest part of the launch was a video. The idea to do a video came quite late, but we were able to shoot and turn around a high quality video in just about a week and a half. I aided in planning, coordinating, and producing the video. We contracted a production house and a professional aerial videographer, photographer, and producer to shoot a high quality promotional video. The first week we released two short teasers cut out of a previously planned CGI trailer. A shortened version of the video below was released on social media as the official launch and then followed up with the full video a week later.

The launch also entailed some paid marketing including some print ads placed in two aviation and defense publications.
